Real reviews for gluten-free, disability-aware, everyday finds

Finding products that are safe, useful, and worth the money is hard.

I started this blog because I’ve recently discovered how writing insightful, informative, and realistic reviews is deeply important when trying to find new products to try. I will be sharing in-depth reviews to help you decide whether a product or place is worth it for your lifestyle and it gives me an outlet for two things that I love to do – WRITE and PHOTOGRAPHY! I absolutely adore writing about places I’ve seen, food that I’ve tried, outfits I’ve worn, and makeup and beauty products that I’ve found to love — plus accessibility reviews for travel destinations and vacation rentals.

Backstory: I went gluten free in 2015 due to severe food reactions. In 2020, I tried to get answers but instead I was told it was “just” PTSD and Generalized Anxiety disorder – that I just needed to stop worrying so much. In 2023, I started really trying to find answers about my health, I went through so many tests. Now, in 2026 I know for certain that I have Celiac disease and chronic migraines with and without aura and some other chronic conditions too. Due to my migraines, I’ve had to cut out a lot of artificial ingredients and as someone who has loved beauty and haircare as a form of self-care, that change has been difficult. When I discovered that celiac cross-contamination and fragrances might be affecting my health, and I was advised to try various elimination diets, I began sharing snacks, foods, and other products I found on social media. After I started posting, brands quickly began asking if they could send me their products, and I agreed. So, I created this space to organize and share all my reviews. If you’d like to try a product or support me, you can use my affiliate links but there’s no pressure, I do get a small commission from purchases bought through those links.

Until next time!
